QuestionI am 32yrs old woman, married with a 4 yrs old kid..I have been suffering form severe back pain since my child's birth. recently i have done an MRI and the report reveals early lumbar spondylosis with diffuse annular bulges L4/L5,l/5s1 discs causing thecal sac intendation with mild bilateral foraminal stenosis..Now my orthopaedic is saying dont go thru the reports and i will be fine... but this is affecting my legs and most of the time i am having spasm problem on my neck.. pls help as no pain killer is effective..."

If he is saying that there is nothing to do surgery wise I would agree..no ortho surgeon will operate on you w that report..
You may need to try a pain clinic/physiatrist(fizz-i-a-trist)they can do epidurals and nerve blocks which may help.
You also may want to look into nonsurgical decompression, kind of like traction..many chiropractors do this..I think it is called Vax-D..
keep in mind many insurances won't pay for it, but they probably will from a pain clinic.
