Hi Mick

I suspect you are talking about carpal tunnel or also known as CTS.
It affects our hands and wrist but primarily the hand on the side the CTS is involved.
Its an inflammation of the Transverse carpal ligament.

I suffered with this at one time had a minor surgery and it was corrected.
It affects many adults of different ages depending on a hosts of illnesses or type of jobs where there hands are involved in repetitive tasks.
