A chiropractor adjusted my neck a year ago.  Since that day I have a terrible grinding, grating, crepitus noise everytime I turn my head.  Are there orthopedics that help with this issue?  Thank you

Possibly, to answer your question. if you decide to pursue that option though find someone that treats necks in orthopaedics.

Some of them treat only hips and knees for instance. Some only treat backs, Most will not treat backs. With your neck you want to find someone that has the experience to treat it and specializes in them.

As obvious as that sounds some would not touch a neck or back.

They can take a look at you and determine if the noise is something to pursue or just a  soft tissue issue which in that case not much can be done.
