As the time of fracture was 1 year back and now the fracture is healed.... what should i do..?
AnswerThats hard to say Hasnain..if fracture was into the actual joint and not treated properly you will have residual stiffness and pain of this joint and eventually arthritis will set in. Here in the states we have something called epsom salts where you can put it in very warm water and work your finger..bend /extend etc.. do this 3 x day, this may help some. Also could try a RX compounded cream of anti-inflammatory medicine and rub this in 3 x day
