AnswerDear Latrena,
This Chicago Podiatrist located in West Loop 60661,Roscoe Village 60618,Elmhurst 60126 & Bartlett 60103 says...
For your numb leg & low back pain....Follow up with your doctor for possible physical therapy and exercises. If you are obese-then try to lose weight. Obesity affects the spine and contributes to low back pain.
There is irritation around the nerves that go to the leg. Therapy and exercises can sometimes lessen the irritation. A hot soothing bath with the max dose of Advil or Alleve may start some relief. Follow up and get(or Google) the stretches recommended for that area (butt & low back stretches).
If continued numbness, then see a neurologist or orthopedic surgeon who specializes in low backs.
Hope This Helps!
and
Good Luck!
