Making the transition to orthopedic pillows
You might be surprised, but it takes some time until you adjust to your new orthopedic pillow. This is because most people are so used sleeping in an improper position that their bodies find it hard to adapt to a normal sleeping position. So, this is why, you should sleep for a couple of days for a couple of hours per night with your old pillow, then switch to your orthopedic pillow, until you’ll see that it’s easier and more comfortable to sleep on your orthopedic pillow.
