Pumpkin can keep your eyes healthy because of its rich zeaxanthin & lutein content.  It also provides zinc and hence acts as a good reliever of osteoporosis related problems. Pumpkin is also an efficient source of your body energy. It also contain protein, magnesium, iron, phosphorus etc. It can lower the risk of heart related ailments by reducing the cholesterol level. Pumpkin seeds have been recommended for the treatment of enlarged prostate.


Ingredients:-
Pumpkin- 2 (small size)
2 cup- Milk
1 cup- Sugar
10-12- Almond (chopped)
3 tsp- Ricotta cheese
2 tsp- Milk cream
½ cup-Ghee
5-6- Cardamom
10-12- Cashew (minced)
Direction:
Grate the pumpkin properly & keep them aside.
Take a wide bottom pan & pour milk in it.
Now heat the milk in the pan on medium temperature.
Add grated pumpkins & stir them well to mix properly.
Let pumpkin cook properly (until soft) & remove them from heat.
Drain off the excess milk gradually.
Add sugar & ricotta cheese in the mixture.
Mix properly & keep it aside.
Now take another pan and heat ghee in it on medium temperature. Pour the paste (pumpkin).
Now raise the temperature & allow it cook till turn golden-brown in colour.
Pour cashew & almonds. Stir well to mix properly. Once cooked properly remove from heat.
Decorate with other dry fruits & your dish is ready.
