Ingredients:
1. Ripe banana- 1
2. Drained silken tofu- ½ cup
3. Milk (low fat) – 1 ¼ cup
4. Sugar- 1 -1 ½ tbsp
5. Ice cubes- 2-3
6. Instant coffee powder- 1 tsp
7. Cinnamon (ground) – 1 tsp (optional)
Direction:
• In a food processor or blender, mix together banana along with milk, tofu, sugar, ice cubes & coffee powder.
• Blend all the ingredients till you get a smooth texture.
• If required then add a little bit of more sugar.
• Take a glass & pour the blended mixture into the glass.
• Scatter cinnamon on the top & serve it.
