Ingredients:
1. Coarse grained mustard- ¼ cup
2. Honey- 2 tbsp
3. Canola oil- 2 tsp
4. Salt- As per taste
5. Ground turkey breast- 1 pound
6. Ground pepper- ¼ tsp
7. Whole wheat hamburger rolls- 4 (split & toasted)
8. For decoration:
9. Red onion sliced along with the tomato pieces & lettuce
Direction:
• Firstly organise the grill.
• In a medium sized bowl mix the honey & mustard properly.
• Now in another bowl mix the turkey along with the pepper, salt & mustard mixture.
• Whisk well & make four separate 1 inch burgers.
• With an oil brush, brush both sides of the burger & grill them for almost 10-12 minutes.
• Again brush with the leftover mustard mixture.
• Arrange them on rolls & serve with onion slices along with the tomato pieces & lettuce.
