Bursitis Causes And Treatment For Bursitis Pain

Bursitis is an inflammatory condition of painful joints that can severely affect mobility, and may even be aggravated by movement of joints in the affected area. The human body contains more than 150 bags. A bursa is a small sac filled with fluid. Bursa is located near all the joints. It reduces friction between bones and tendons, helping to keep joints moving freely. Inflammation of the bursa is called bursitis. Bursitis causes pain to move the body. 4. Honey and apple cider vinegar: Make a mixture of two teaspoons each of honey and apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink once a day until relief is seen in the pain of bursitis.
5. Ginger: Peel and grate ginger. Make a poultice of ginger and apply to the affected area bursitis. Ginger can also be taken directly from routinely to treat the condition.
6. Alfa Alfa Alfa alfa is known to recover the bones swollen, so finding the way into the daily routine. They are a rich source of minerals and therefore good home remedy for bursitis.
7. Castor Oil: according to the book doctor's home remedies, castor oil can be applied to areas of inflammation with pain calm. One of the simplest home remedies known to treat bursitis.
8. Sesame oil or olive oil: olive oil or a little hot sesame oil can be massaged on the affected area with your fingers. Cover this area with a cotton cloth to keep warm. This relieves pain and reduces inflammation.
