Back pain is one of the most common problems with people the United States today. In the morning you may feel stiff in your back & have to drag yourself out of bed very slowly and carefully. No, this isn't just a stiff back and it hurts really bad. You feel a twang of pain, which catches you if you move too quickly or the wrong way. It goes across your back and into your butt on one side.

Most people will experience some kind of back pain in their lives. Chest pain and back pain are closely related. Chest pain can mimic other illnesses or diseases and be taken seriously which is why you should see someone immediately. Back pain may have many causes which can be treated or lessen the pain. Any unexplained or unfamiliar pain can be life threatening. Chest pain is one of the most common reasons people call for emergency help. Many people with chest pain fear heart attack.

Chest and back pain can arise gradually or suddenly. A typical heart attack occurs in the mid to left side of the chest and travel to the left shoulder, left arm, jaw, stomach, and lower back. Because of so many causes of chest pain, it can mimic a heart attack or other life-threatening diseases, or illnesses; it is better to seek medical attention right away. If you are experiencing back pain with chest pain, always call for emergency, anytime you think you might you might have symptoms of a heart attack.

What ever caused your chest and back pain; see a doctor as soon as possible. Don't leave it untreated, as it could be an underlying symptom of another more serious condition that might need treatment immediately.

Back pain and chest pain can be painful and uncomfortable. Make sure you have seen the doctor to rule out any other conditions, such as a heart attack for example. If it is a muscle spasm, then relax, as it will go away in a few weeks.
