Neck pain is one pain that many people have to at least once in their life. Pain in the upper back and neck can be caused by a vehicle accident, a hit on the head, or just simply being stressed out. Most doctors will prescribe a medication that has a muscle relaxer and a pain reliever. Ask your doctor about other methods and medication that can reduce stress that causes the pain.
