To help combat such issues, try to be mindful of how you're sitting. Many people don't even realize they're in a bad position. Practice sitting straight each day and if you're forgetful, put a note on your computer to remind you. Furthermore, be sure your desk, computer and keyboard are situated ergonomically.
Car accident
One of the most common reasons for neck pain is if a person has been in a car accident. This can be especially true if hit from behind. That's because when your body experiences trauma like this, you can really throw things out of whack. It can be something as little as a little tweak that's causing you to hurt or a full-blown injury that has you in the hospital for weeks. Big or small, being in an auto accident can really cause lots of aggravation.
