The main cause for back pain is inactive lifestyle. Back pain is a very common known disorder. Most of the people who are over weight often suffer from back pain. 2. Cook mustard, sesame and coconut oil on slow fire until they become in color. Keep it to chill and then apply on the back. Leave it for three to four hours and after this take a warm bath for better results. Continue doing this for fifteen to twenty days.

3. Make a juice of one lemon mixed with a little rock salt and drink the mixture two times every day.

4. Consume Vitamin C in a quantity of approximately 2000mg and you will be relieved from back pain as soon as two days.

5. Apply on the lower part of your back a warm poultice made of potato. This is one of the oldest remedies for back pain and is known to be very effective.

Other Home Remedies you may want to try out:

* If it's cold outside then you need to drink hot soups.

* Garlic is very effective in treating backaches. You can add garlic cloves to your salad.

* Do not sleep with your face down even though you back aches.

* Massaging the aching area can never hurt.

* Exercise on a daily basis, stretch and swim.

* Get a back massage from a professional; the following three oils are very good in relieving back pain: almond oil, mint oil and eucalyptus oil.

You should make sure that you do not eat such food that could hamper the effectiveness of you treatment. Make sure you take proper food and in proper quantity. Given below are some of the foods that you need to eat for effectiveness of you treatment.

1. Eat salads made of raw vegetables and plenty of fresh fruits.

2. Do not eat bananas.

3. Take four meals everyday. Drink milk and eat a lot of fruits for breakfast. Eat steamed vegetables and chapattis made of complete wheat for your lunch. Drink at least a glass full of fresh fruit juice for dinner along with raw salad.

4. Avoid tea, coffee, fatty and spicy fried foods.
