There are various reasons why a back pain occurs. Though it is common pain for those that are already aging, it does not mean that adolescents don't experience this type of pain. If we will not keep our bones healthy it will become fragile and soon we can
no longer keep our body from doing heavy task.

We are obliged to have in our meal nutritious foods especially those that are high in calcium and vitamin C in order for our bones to be healthy. If we don't keep our bones healthy our spinal cord is usually the most affected part because we can do a lot of things using our back especially in lifting various items. If our backbone is not as
strong as it should be, it will greatly affect our daily routine particularly in performing different tasks.

In case you experienced injury or accidents from the past it is possible that you will also experience back pain. The pain may not be felt immediately but soon you will notice that your back will ache and it will be hard for you to move it, so if ever you had accidents make sure to undergo a general checkup and consult a doctor.

Back pain can also be caused of various ailments from different part of the body such as kidney disease, prostrate for the men, reproductive organ problem for the women, and diseases in pancreas or intestines. Other common causes of back pain are spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoporosis. It is important not
to neglect the pain that you feel in any part of your body because it could lead to a much serious problem in the future.

When the pain is already severe, its effect will surely be felt especially in performing our job. Once the pain is felt but you ignore it, it is possible that it will lead to serious effect in the body and in your life. Immediately run to your physician in case you feel pain in your back because it is the right thing to do. Follow its prescription especially if you are advised to take a rest and leave from work.

Back pain can also control you from doing other activities that you used to do. You won't be able to perform various stuffs such as sports or even do exercises. If you are afraid that you'll miss the chance to perform these activities make sure not to ignore
any pain that you feel in your body and always live a healthy well-being.
