In other case if your job requires you to stand for long hours then also you may exert pressure on your back. You need to take sufficient rest and keep your back straight if you want to avoid these situations.
There are quite a lot of medicines available that help reduce back pain. They are available in pill and gel forms. Surgery is suggested by experts only in extreme cases. But the safest treatment for back pain is bed rest.
