Back pain, neck pain and disc problems can be major causes of discomfort. Back pain is usually originated from the bones, joints, muscles as well as other structures that are present in the spine. In many cases, back pain is usually felt in the lower back. Back pain can be chronic or acute and it can either be intermittent or constant. Back pain can stay in one place or radiate to other places and sometimes, it can be so strong that it may radiate in the legs and feet as well as in the arms or hands, tingling weakness and numbness in the arms and legs are common symptom. The pain has no certain type, it can either be sharp like burning or piercing sensation or it could be a dull ache.

Disc pain on the other hand is a nightmare, only a person who has gone through this pain can understand the agony it brings. The feeling can become unbearable and every move the patient makes can make it worse. The pain is a warning that the patient should take an action right away, if proper care is taken the discomfort comes to an end.

Neck pain is one of the most common problems and it can come from a variety of disorders and diseases. The most common reasons behind neck pains are neck strain, degenerative disc disease, neck injury, herniated disc or a pinched nerve. Neck pain also has a link with headache, shoulder pain, facial pain and arm numbness or tingling. These things can make the nerves of the neck pinched that is the reason behind the ache. If the neck pain is more intense it can be accompanied by upper and lower back pain and common inflammation of the spine.

If you're going through lower back pain the best thing you can do for yourself is to avoid surgery no matter how many specialists advise you to do so. Even if you go through a successful surgery the operation can lead to scar tissue and can cause serious issues such as permanent spinal weakness distortion or instability. Chiropractors are the ones who can diagnose and treat disc problems which may have become inflamed, ruptured and irritated. Chiropractic treatment can restore the structural uprightness of the spine and consequently ease the pain of the individual. The concept behind chiropractic treatment is to re-establish normal spine mobility.
