In developed countries back pain is a frequent complaint doctors hear about more often. Work absenteeism is the main cause for this pain. The best remedy for this is to change the sitting posture every 30 minutes. It is also advisable to go for small walks in between every break session. You have to make sure to keep your back straight if your job requires you to stand for a long time otherwise you may put pressure on your lower back. Considering shoulder posture is also very important.
