Definition of Back pain-Backache OR What is back pain-Backache ?
Back pain is also called backache or Lumbago or dorsalgia. Back pain is the chronic health ailments which derived from joints, bones, nerves, muscles or other structures in the spine.
Back pain is one of the major ailments problems found in people. Back pain can vary from a dull, continuous pain to a sudden, sharp pain or burning sensation. Back pain can be constantly or occasionally. It stays in one place or pass on to the other areas. The ache may be felt in the neck (and might pass on into the hand and arm), in the upper back, or in the low back, (and might pass on into the leg or foot), and tailbone. The other symptoms such as tingling, weakness or numbness may be included.

Home remedies for Back pain OR Backache
�Lemon Juice : Drink lemon juice with a salt as per taste two times in a day. It is very useful home remedy for back pain and provides the relief to a person who is suffering from backache
�Potato : Potato in poultice form is another home remedy for back pain. Smash the potatoes after boiling and apply on the back or affected area. Hold it with bandage for an hour.
�Chebulic Myroblan : Consume a small pieces of Chebulic Myroblan (fruit) after meals. It is very beneficial remedy for back pain and gives the immediate relief.
�Use of Vitamin C : Consume minimum 2000 mg of vitamin C in your diet to treat the condition of back pain. It is very helpful in the case of severe back pain and you can observe the improvement in two days. Consume fruits rich in Vitamin C such as strawberries, citrus fruit, blueberries and tomatoes in your diet.
�Garlic Oil : Take 2 or 3 garlic cloves every morning. Prepare garlic oil by frying 10 cloves of garlic in 60 ml of any oil (any such as coconut oil, sesame oil or mustard oil ). �Tulsi : Boil 10 leaves of tulsi in 1 cup of water till half syrup is remained. Use this syrup two times in a day. It is very useful in severe back pain.
�Guggulu : Consuming half a teaspoon of guggulu with warm water two times in a day after your meals, is very helpful in back pain
�Other Oils : Massage the on the back with any mint oil or use turpentine oil, almond oil, eucalyptus oil or caster oil gently. It is proved very beneficial and effective natural remedy in back pain relief and inflammation.
�Wheat, coriander, cuscus grass : Soak minimum 60 grams wheat in water the whole night. Mix 30 grams Cuscus grass and coriander and 250 ml milk to it. Boil this until 2/3rd of the amount is remained. Consume this concoction to get relief from back pain.
�Yogasanas : Yogasanas such as shavasana, halasana, bhujangasana, uttarpadasana, shalabhasana etc. are very beneficial in reducing the back pain.
�Tea : The persons who prefer to drink tea can use this home remedy. Make a tea from the mixture of 5 cloves, 5 black pepper corns and 1 gram ginger powder. Drink this tea two times in a day. It is good home remedy for back pain.
�Make a habit to drink honey or glucose in warm water.
�Use nuts in your daily diet and include tomato, cabbage, lettuce, cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, spinach, fruits and at least any two lightly cooked vegetables.
�Make a habit to exercise regularly as it improves the supply of nutrients to spinal discs and helpful in delay of impairment that happens in older age. To keep your muscle strong do regular exercise and quick walk as it keeps the back muscle strong.
