Lower Back Pain Relief At Ease

Lower back pain is mostly a temporary ailment. Yet, the sufferer has to go through a lot of pain forcing him to try various remedies to alleviate the pain swiftly. Resting and Exercising

To relieve back pain, there are a few natural remedies. When you first experience lower back pain, it will not be that easy to continue your daily routine. After resting and taking care for a couple of days, it is better to get back to the daily activities. Avoid vigorous movements that can aggravate the pain. However, light movements are fine to an extent while you ail from back pain as movements help keep your muscles strong. Mild exercises such as walking can be of help. Exercise in moderation. Remediating Lower Back Pain

To remediate back pain, you need to take care even while you lie down or recline. Reclining might be difficult for those with lower back pain. Placing a comfortable pillow or a lumbar roll at the back curve can be of great relief. While lying down, lie on your side with a pillow between your knees. Else, lie on your back on the floor, with the knees propped up with a pillow. Always take care to maintain proper posture. With only adequate curvature on the back, the pressure can be reduced. While brushing your teeth, keep one foot on top of a footstool. Those with cold or a condition such as sinusitis might sneeze so often that can aggravate back pain. What to Avoid

Avoid activities that can aggravate back pain such as bending down, lifting things, or washing utensils. In all cases, not more than three days of bed rest is ideal for those with lower back pain. Applying an ice pack on the specific spot of the head where it pains can decrease the pain. Place the pack equally on all sides starting from the temple to the forehead and towards the back of the head and neck. If you do not find it comfortable, gently massage the painful area with rotating movements. You can use your thumb or index finger to apply pressure. After a few seconds of applying and maintaining pressure on a point, release your finger. Repeat the application as needed. In almost all cases of headache attacks, people experience pain in the eyes, especially while watching television or working on the computer for some time.
