Any great way to relieve discomfort in the back area is to apply heat treatments to the affected area. Sports enthusiasts and athletes do this quite often as their muscles are stretched to their limits, resulting in pain. By placing a heating pad on the back, you will notice that the tension is less and the muscle aches will be less severe.
