Instances come when we have to do some activities that may not be coped up by our bodies. As a result, pains and aches occurs and we have to suffer it. I experienced practicing swimming for hours one summer day and the next day, I woke up feeling an annoying pain in my back. Any pain a person feels causes discomfort.
