The pain in ones lower back may also be caused due to degenerative disc disease. This occurs due to the break down of the cartilage between the bones of the joints. The pain caused due to this is experienced mostly in the mornings and the evenings.
These are some of the causes of lower back pain. The best protection to this kind of pain is caution and regular exercise because the stronger your lower back, the lesser the chances of your suffering from lower back pain.
