Sitting on the floor with both legs outstretched bend forward with your arms stretched out and touch the tips of your toes repeatedly. Now with legs stretched open as wide as possible bend forward trying to touch the floor with your head.
These workouts may seem simple but done on a regular basis they are very helpful in reducing the discomfort of back pain.
