Juices should be made right before they are to be consumed. Never make the juices and have them later in the day. If making fresh juices each time is not possible, then you will want to make the juices and store them in the refrigerator with a lot of ice in it, to ensure that the juice does not oxidize. Cherry juice is recommended for arthritis, as they are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Combine 1 cup sweet berries with 2 cups of blueberries in a blender to make fresh juice. Consume immediately.
Kiwi-Blackberry Juice
Like I have already mentioned, berries are rich in antioxidants. Combining kiwis with blackberries gives relief from arthritis pain. Peel 3 kiwis and combine them with thoroughly washed 3 cups of blackberries. Blend the fruits to make fresh juice.
Fruit-Vegetable Juice
This is a great fruit and vegetable juice for arthritis treatment. You will need half cucumber, 1 cup spinach leaves, 2 carrots, 1 cup kale and half apple to make this juice. Combine all the ingredients and blend them together to get a wonderful glass of juice.
Broccoli-Carrot Juice
Take about 2 to 3 medium-sized florets of broccoli and combine them with 4 to 5 small carrots. Add 2 to 3 dandelion leaves and blend all the vegetables together and savor a wonderful healthy vegetable juice. If you do not have dandelion leaves handy, then you can use spinach leaves or beetroot tops as well.
Watermelon-Lime Juice
This is a juice which anyone and everyone will enjoy. Combine 1 cup pitted cherries with 1 cup watermelon with the rind removed and half lime. Make the juice, garnish with melon skewer and serve and/or enjoy.

Some of the other vegetables and fruits which can be used for making the juices include pineapple, citrus fruits, turnip, cabbage, all dark green leafy vegetables, ginger, tomatoes, etc. Drinking plain pineapple juice is recommended for rheumatoid arthritis for it is overloaded with anti-inflammatory properties.
