Though it is not yet proven its effectiveness, Tai Chi is given to rheumatic patients. It is offered in a class of Arthritis Foundation. Patients that undergo therapy testify that it helps them from fighting rheumatic arthritis. However before starting the therapy better to consult and check first your doctor.

Exercises and therapies are two of the good ways to help prevent rheumatoid arthritis. Moreover, eating healthy foods regularly, taking enough rest, and taking good care of your self are additional ways to fight arthritis. Still, the best way to treat arthritis is to see a doctor.
