The American College of Osetoarthritis and Rheumatology have listed some exercise programs that when you exercise you put a small amount of weight on your sore joints, this exercise is right at the top of the list.
I know that the walking benefits that I mention below are very good ones for your movement if you suffer from the either type of arthritis.
