What is Shigru?
The botanical name of 'Shigru' is 'Moringa Oleifera'. It is also popular by the name 'horse radish', 'drum stick'. It is a medium size tree with small pendulous fruit. The Shigru tree is truly remarkable in Ayurveda and has impressive range of dietary benefits. In this plant it has all the nutrients that could be found in a perfect food.
